I enjoy solving operational problems.

Throughout my career I've worked for Corps, Gov't and Non-Profits, and did plenty, like: operations, sales, marketing, recruiting, construction and software creation. Those experiences taught me that the best technology starts by understanding how people actually work.

Today I build software, write books, and experiment with practical systems that make work easier.
